Our coffee comes from our farm in Monteverde or from microlots we buy directly from producers who share our commitment to quality. Depending on the harvest and variety, the coffee is dried using the natural or honey process. We then roast it carefully to highlight its natural sweetness, acidity and body, resulting in a delicious, well-balanced cup.
The roast profile was designed to bring out its flavor with the Plinc Chorreador. A sweet, balanced coffee with a silky texture. Neither too bitter nor too acidic, it is a perfect choice for specialty coffee lovers.
