Shipping policy

For deliveries within Costa Rica, PLINC uses Moovin. Shipping costs ₡2,500 within the Greater Metropolitan Area (GAM) and ₡3,500 outside the GAM.

Shipping is free on purchases of ₡35,000 or more.

Delivery within the Greater Metropolitan Area (GAM) takes 1 to 3 business days from the shipping date. Delivery outside the GAM takes 2 to 8 business days, depending on the area.

Shipping confirmation: Shipments are arranged before 11:00 a.m. on Mondays and Thursdays. Once the order is ready, PLINC will email the customer with the corresponding tracking number and estimated delivery time.

The package will be delivered within the applicable timeframe, counted from the next shipping business day, either Monday or Thursday, as appropriate.
